Florida
Couples who complete certain marriage preparation programs are eligible for a discount of $32.50 on their marriage license.

Minnesota
Couples who complete certain marriage preparation programs are eligible for a discount of $70.00 on their marriage license.

Oklahoma
Couples who complete certain marriage preparation programs are eligible for a discount of $45.00 on their marriage license.

Tennessee
Couples who complete certain marriage preparation programs are eligible for a discount of $40.00 on their marriage license

Texas
Couples who complete certain marriage preparation programs are eligible for a FREE marriage license.

Note:

• Certain requirements apply and vary by state.
• Georgia and Maryland also offer discounts on marriage licenses for completion of marriage preparation programs but the amount varies by county.
